What’s included?
Your rent includes a TV license (live and on-demand), internet, water, gas and electricity. We manage and monitor all utility bills for the property, including supplier switching, meter readings and smart meter installations.
Will I need to pay Council Tax?
As a full-time student, you are exempt from paying council tax. However, you will need to obtain your own exemption certificate. We are happy to offer help and advice if needed.
Are the properties furnished?
Yes, all of our student accommodation comes fully furnished. Bedrooms include a small double bed, mattress protector, wardrobe and rail, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
Living areas include a sofa, Smart TV, table and chairs.
Kitchens are equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Most of our properties also include a dryer and dishwasher.
Will there be parking?
Some of our properties offer on-street parking, with permits available through the location authority.
Please note: parking at Clifton Street School is privately managed and charged by the landowner, with pricing set at their discretion.
Will the accommodation be cleaned and maintained?
Whilst it is your responsibility to keep your accomodation clean, a professional cleaner will visit every 6 weeks to assist with communal areas.
We also ensure the garden is well maintained, and our in-house maintenance team is always available to help with any issues that may arise.

We provide a 24-hour emergency contact number and email address for urgent issues.
Our team aims to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours to ensure you have peace of mind.
