ABOUT CDS
We are a family run business with over 30 years’ experience in Housing and Property Development. We have worked with many different client groups over the years and have a large property portfolio.
Five years ago, we were approached by a Performing Arts Academy to see if they could use one of our houses for student accommodation. After seeing the high quality and our wide selection of properties, we have gone from housing just four students to now housing over 120 students.
We pride ourselves in being able to offer high quality, fully furnished properties, along with an in-house maintenance team who are on hand to help with any problems, resulting in a fast response time.

All of our student accommodations have a high quality finish and come fully furnished. Our properties are also fully accredited by Swindon Borough Council to ensure that they meet the extremely high standards of safety, hygiene and maintenance required.

As well as this, our properties are also inspected at regular intervals to ensure that these agreed standards are maintained.
