Our journey into student accommodation began when we were approached by a leading Performing Arts Academy seeking high-quality housing for their students.
Since then, we have specialised in providing premium student accommodation, now housing over 200 students.
We offer fully furnished, high-quality homes, supported by an in-house maintenance team on hand to assist with any issues, ensuring a fast and reliable response.

All of our student accommodation is finished to a high standard and comes fully furnished. Each property is fully accredited by Swindon Borough Council, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety, hygiene and maintenance.
Our properties are also inspected at regular intervals, ensuring these standards are consistently upheld.
